We collect information you give us directly, such as when you contact us by email or phone, or book a call through our scheduling tool. If you engage us for services, you'll share additional information under a separate engagement letter — this can include financial records, bank and credit card transaction data, QuickBooks Online access, tax documents, and related business information.

If you use Forecasht or a similar client tool, you (or the client who invited you) provide account and login information, and the tool connects to your QuickBooks Online data via Intuit's platform to deliver the service.

Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs standard technical information when you visit — things like IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed — for security, performance, and troubleshooting purposes. We also use Google Analytics to understand overall site traffic and how visitors use the site. As of this policy's last update, we don't run advertising trackers on this site, and we don't use marketing cookies.

We use the information we collect to:

• respond to inquiries and schedule calls;
• deliver the accounting, bookkeeping, and advisory services you've engaged us for;
• operate and improve Forecasht and other client tools;
• maintain the security and proper functioning of our site and systems; and
• meet our legal, regulatory, and professional obligations as a CPA firm.

We don't sell your information. We share it only:

• with service providers who help us operate — for example, Google for scheduling, Intuit/QuickBooks Online for the financial data connection our tools rely on, and Vercel for hosting — solely so they can perform that function for us;
• with your consent, such as if you ask us to share information with your bank or another advisor; or
• when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, clients, or the public.

Client financial information is additionally protected by the confidentiality standards that apply to CPA firms under professional and state licensing rules, and by the terms of your engagement letter.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including relying on reputable providers (Vercel, Google, Intuit) that maintain their own security standards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security. You, too, are responsible for taking reasonable precautions to protect your own information and identity. Please flag and notify us of any issues or concerns you may have.

We keep client financial and engagement records for as long as needed to provide services and to meet professional, tax, and legal recordkeeping requirements, which for CPA firms can span several years after an engagement ends. Website inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably useful to respond to you.

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you that isn't otherwise subject to a professional recordkeeping requirement, by emailing us. If you're a resident of a state with its own privacy-rights law, you may have additional rights under that law; contact us and we'll address your request under the law that applies to you.

We use only the minimal cookies necessary for the site and any client tools (like Forecasht) to function — for example, to keep you logged in. We don't currently use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
